Kelly Pensoneau grew up in Norman. He has been working in the mortgage industry since 2009. Kelly enjoys helping people find the right loan program to fit their specific needs. He began specializing in HUD-184 Native American loans because of his Kickapoo heritage. Before working in the mortgage industry, Kelly was a case worker for the state of Oklahoma for 10 years, so helping people has always been a top priority. His desire to help others is also reflected in his personal life. Kelly and his wife, Sara, have fostered kids for several years and adopted 3 kids in 2017. Kelly enjoys snowboarding, SCUBA diving, and all things Star Wars.
Jacob McCoy grew up in Choctaw, Oklahoma and graduated from McLoud High School. He has been working in the real estate industry since 2013 and moved specifically into the mortgage industry in 2019. With a background in construction, Jacob initially became a realtor to pursue his goal of helping people find the right home for their family. After realizing that mortgage lending was the major area that would allow families turn their homeownership dreams into reality, he altered his career path to use his skills and passion to help people in a new way. Alongside his wife, Ashley, and son, Oryn, he hopes to help many more people become homeowners, especially on the east side of the OKC metro.
Neva Ford has been in the Real Estate Industry for over 11 years. She loves working with realtors and builders and serving her clients with great communication and excellent customer service. Neva really loves building lifelong relationships with all of her clients and referral partners. Born and bred Oklahoma girl, Neva is a Bridge Creek School Board Member and loves serving her community. She enjoys watching sports from Little League, High School, Sooners, and the Thunder. Neva loves the outdoors and spending time with her husband of 27 years. Neva's pride and joy is her disabled son, Kaleb. She has always taught him that his wheelchair does not define him and he can do anything and be anything he wants to be.
Sandy Elledge has over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry. That depth of experience has allowed Sandy to develop a wealth of knowledge about the home loan process. She enjoys working with clients to help them find a loan program suited to their needs in order to get in a home they will love. Outside of work, Sandy enjoys spending time with her family and grandchildren.
Scott Michael is an Oklahoma native who attended the University of Oklahoma. After graduating in 2015, Scott began working for Lincoln Lending with the goal of assisting the Oklahoma community in buying their dream home. He enjoys educating the buyer and developing a great working relationship with his clients. In his free time, Scott enjoys music, watching sports, and spending time with his wife and two dogs.
Bethany Branscum grew up in the small town of Whitesboro, Oklahoma. She moved to Norman in 2008 to attend the University of Oklahoma, graduating in 2012. As a processor, she enjoys using her eye for details & knowledge of the industry to assist clients in what is likely the most exciting purchase of their lives! She is also a licensed loan officer; in this role, her processing background is an asset as she strives to solve problems quickly & manage timelines efficiently so that clients can focus on enjoying their home-buying experience. Outside of work, Bethany enjoys reading and writing, playing softball, cheering on the Thunder and Sooners, game nights with friends, and spending time with her sisters.
Sara Pensoneau hails from Wisconsin but has lived in Oklahoma since 2008. After marrying Kelly in 2011, she began her work as a processor in order to assist Kelly with his dream of growing the Lincoln Lending business. As a processor, Sara uses her precise attention to detail and organizational mind to make sure all the pieces fall into place for successful closings and home-buying experiences. Outside of work, Sara enjoys cooking, baking, family game nights, and outdoor activities with her children.
Angie Crabtree was born in Omaha, Nebraska and has lived in Oklahoma since 1985. She moved to Norman in 1993 and has been there ever since. Angie and her husband, Russell, have been married for 23 years and have raised 3 beautiful daughters. In addition to being licensed in the mortgage business, she also holds her real estate license. Both professions allow her to help people find and move into their perfect home. In her spare time she loves to bake, travel with her husband, spend time with her family, and be the best GiGi to her granddaughter.
