    • Communicate with potential borrowers & log new contacts in CRM each week

    • Communicate with each active customer & realtor every Friday via email

    • Communicate promptly with other Lincoln Lending staff daily, & work as part of a cohesive team

    • Attend each borrower’s loan closing

    • Achieve individual monthly & yearly production goals, as set in congruence with Lincoln Lending

    • Respect prospects’ & borrowers’ confidentiality

    • Maintain your license in good standing with NMLS & the State of Oklahoma

    • Utilize social media, along with other outlets, for networking purposes
